Quick Health Tips

Health is one of the most important part in our everyday life and also can be fatal in life. To be healthy is not really easy, and of course everyone wants to be healthy .. So in my post here, I'm going to give some simple health tips that I've read.. check out!

1. Drink Water 
It sounds simple, but most of us don’t get the amount of water we should drink. There are so many health benefits to drinking water. One important fact that many people don't know is, water speeds up your metabolism which helps you burn fat throughout the day. Men should consume 4 liters and women should consume 2 liters of water per day.

2. Eat Vegetables
Even though I personally don' like vegetables, but It's very Important for us. It has the most nutrient, and vitamins. I'm learning to like them, because I've learned that vegetables are important.

3. Having Breakfast
Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Our metabolism comes to a screeching halt without having food in our bodies for 6-8 hours, depending on how long you sleep. The first thing you should do when you wake up is get that metabolism burning again. You will also have more energy and feel better about yourself.

4. Exercise & Sports
We need to exercise and be active to be healthy. There are many health benefits to exercise and doing sports. It decrease the possibility of having a heart disease and osteoporosis. You should get at least 30mins of sport or exercise sort activity every day.

5. Rest & Sleep
Resting is important for our body, especially for you who had a bunch of activities over the day. If you force yourself when you're tired, it's easy for your body to weaken and also sick. So take a rest if you're tired, and sleep at proportional time.

My Favorite Recipe

Here in my new post I will tell you guys about my favorite recipe, and I choose fried chicken! Well, I'm gonna tell on how to make them:

The Ingredients:
  • Your favorite chicken pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) flour
  • 1 packet of dry "Good Seasons Italian Dressing" (powder)
  • 1 envelope of powdered tomato soup mix
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup  milk
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • Vegetable oil 
 
Steps: 
1. Crack 2 or 3 eggs in a medium-large bowl, you'll be putting your chicken pieces in the bowl. Add 2/3 cup milk. The batter is done.

2. In another piece of bowl, mix the soup mix, Italian dressing, black pepper, and flour together. These are the dry ingredients.

3. Take a piece of chicken and dip it into the batter. Then place it in the flour mixture (dry ingredients) and cover the chicken with it. Continue dipping each chicken piece until all the portions you want are prepared.

4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan until its hot enough to fry. Using tongs, carefully place the chicken pieces into the frying pan and fry them. Leave the chicken pieces there for about 25 to 30 minutes. Turn and flip the chicken pieces occasionally also add chili peppers for a spicier flavor.


5. If its cooked enough, take the chicken piece from the frying pan and put it in a dish. Its better served with a chili sauce and also rice for your daily meal. The fried chicken is done!

I choose fried chicken because I usually made this recipe with my mom when I'm at home, it's also very tasty and one of my favorite food. I bet you guys have tried them before, now try to make it your self, its awesome!

the idea of this poem is from a friend of mine who told a story about him falling in love with someone special..
